But, if you prefer magic, try running into some ice! An even faster way for getting revenges is speed though, because you merely need about two races won by your friend to gain revenge. This method is very helpful with the Revenge achievement though, just without shields! In just a couple of races you will be able to get a revenge on your friend, having iced you so many times. This is a slightly faster way of shielding attacks, but it’s not exactly groundbreaking. Use that shield and bust through all the ice your friend spammed. Then, when you feel like you have enough ice, go on the first place and wait until you get a shield. They will guaranteedly gain a few shields in the process, but the point is to get as much ice in one spot as you possibly can (you can also spam ice on the spot if you happen to get some). Basically, what you want to do is put your friend ahead of you, in the first place, and tell them to spam ice in one place as much as they get it. I recommend running through the map until the last spurt, and stopping near the finish line so you will make it to the finish when five minutes is up. The method works in any map, really, but if you feel like a specific map works the best for you, go for it! If you’re a full-time magic player, you will eventually finish most of the achievements regarding use of certain types of magic, but I’m here to fasten that process up a little.įor this method, you will also need a friend willing to help you for quite a bit of time. After a couple of races I found an excellent spot in Dorf Harbor. If the achievement only counts horseshoes from the first lap, I would have to find a convenient spot to farm glide horseshoes at. Surprisingly, nobody I know had any tips for me, so I settled with finding out a way by myself. So, naturally I looked for other ways to complete this achievement faster. I later came to the conclusion that the achievement only counted the horseshoes I collected from the first lap (I counted multiple times the horseshoes I collected while gliding during the race, and was sure I should gain at least 6, making that 3 shoes/lap, but only received the first three). I could only muster up 3 horseshoes per race, and that was nowhere near the amount I would be satisfied with. When I was grinding for the silver book of Performer, I found myself having huge trouble collecting horseshoes while gliding. It’s also considerably easier to achieve the 5 booster combo needed in the Paladin’s silver book and higher, since it is possible to grind up to 8 booster combo (for me, I have yet to reach combo 9) rather easily, just grinding on this same spot. For starters it might be a little difficult to maintain a good jumping/boosting pace, but don’t give up! You can also glide against the wall and use boosts all the same, so this will also benefit the ”Superman” achievement! These perfect jumps will give you the gauge you need to also farm boosts. So, hit up a friend and start a race in Sylph Slope! However, only two people are enough for you to start a race, and this is the method I have been using with my friends for some of the time consuming achievements.
